Linda McCartney’s, one of the UK’s leading vegetarian food brands, has announced the introduction of two new product ranges, soon to be arriving on shelves across major UK retailers.
The two new ranges, comprising a total of nine products, span both the chilled and frozen categories. The first range of Family Value Packs feature some of the brand’s most popular meat-free products – as well as some of the nation’s best-loved dishes – in new larger formats, perfectly suited to feeding the family meat-free meals affordably. The products include:
- Linda McCartney’s Vegetarian Chicken Nuggets (460g) £3.00;
- Linda McCartney’s Vegetarian Sausages (450g) £3.00;
- Linda McCartney’s Vegetarian Meatballs (399g) £3.00;
- Linda McCartney’s Vegetarian Burgers (400g) £3.00.
From family favourites to comfort food, each tasty product makes preparing meat-free meals a breeze, meaning everyone can make a few easy – not to mention delicious – switches to cut down on meat, without missing out.
The products are available to purchase from the frozen aisle in Morrisons & Farmfoods (all products), as well as Asda (Vegetarian Sausages, Meatballs & Burgers).
The second range launching this January from the vegetarian brand is the new ready-to-eat range, featuring five ready-to-eat, chilled NPDs. The range looks to capitalise on the increasing lunchtime occasion, which is growing at 40% YOY. For this moment, consumers are looking for quick and convenient solutions, and last Veganuary lunch was the leading occasion for plant based eating, ahead of the evening meal. The ready-to-eat range is ideally positioned to become a staple with consumers and continue to meet demand for more plant based alternatives.
- Linda McCartney’s Vegetarian Pulled Pork Rolls 168g £2.25;
- Linda McCartney’s Vegetarian Mini Sausage Rolls 168g £2.25;
- Linda McCartney’s Vegetarian Chorizo Cocktail Sausage 155g £1.75;
- Linda McCartney’s Vegetarian Katsu Chicken BItes 160g £2.50;

Rebecca Fairbairn, Head of Marketing at Linda McCartney’s comments: “We’re excited to once again be expanding our offering to consumers, this time providing products that make cutting down on meat as a family, even more accessible, as well as providing tasty lunch time solutions that are quick and convenient. We believe that Linda McCartney’s is well placed to capitalise on the opportunity for greater choice within the category and we hope these products become a firm consumer favourite this Veganuary and beyond.”
