
Following a £1m+ expansion program in 2020, leading supplements brand Lifeplan continues its strategic growth plans with the successful conclusion of the trademark licensing agreement in the UK and 24 exclusive territories for the OatWell™ B2C brand, globally owned by Dutch-based Royal DSM.
OatWell™ products contain the key ingredient beta-glucan, which is derived from oats and is in the unique position of being backed by numerous clinical studies supporting the positive effect of oat beta-glucan on heart health. Oat beta-glucan lowers the cholesterol level in the blood which can reduce the risk of heart disease and the positive effects can be achieved through a daily intake of 3g of oat beta-glucan, which is the amount found in a serving of any of the OatWell™ products.
