Following a competitive tender, TVS Supply Chain Solutions (TVS) has successfully secured another contract renewal with Molson Coors. The new agreement will see TVS continuing to support all of Molson Coors’ 250 field-based Technical Representatives (TR’s) with dispense installation and equipment services. In addition, the scope of the contract will be extended with TVS taking on the management and operations of the Molson Coors Equipment Returns Centre (ERC) in Burton upon Trent.

- Electronic Parts Cataloguing;
- Parts Procurement;

The further outsourcing of the ERC operation, which will involve the TUPE transfer of existing Molson Coors team members, will enable TVS to extend the range of services and add further value to Molson Coors.
The scope of services will be further extended through the provision of the TVS groups’ Pick-up and Drop-off (PUDO) network which will drive increased efficiencies and cost savings. Further benefits include:
- Technicians will benefit from having a greater choice and flexibility of how they receive their parts by having the option of a variety of through the night services which deliver either into the back of their van (in-boot), PUDO or direct to site using specialist carriers;
- Molson Coors will benefit from the TVS network of Forward Stock Locations that will hold emergency parts closer to their field based technician teams in strategically positioned locations.
The contract renewal builds on the long-standing partnership between both companies, which ultimately culminated in TVS being the preferred bidder for the Equipment Supply Chain Services Contract.
