Muffin Break introduces new Muffin Lab

From Tuesday 12 January 2016 all Muffin Break UK stores will see the introduction of the new and innovative Muffin Lab concept, which is set to offer experimental and extraordinary flavours to customers.

Every month Muffin Break’s own Muffin Lab will offer customers a bold new creation to excite and intrigue. These inventions will be given equally quirky names to suit their unexpected flavour combinations and will be available for a limited time only. The fusion of fresh flavours will be designed to provide something unique for customer’s palates, as well as to offer something different to hungry shoppers.

The Muffin Lab will launch with the ‘Duffin’, which is a clever and delicious mix between a muffin and a donut. It will consist of a hazelnut spread and a cocoa filling and finished off with a dusting of cinnamon. The ‘Duffin’ will be in stores from 12 January and will retail at £2.20.

The Muffin Lab baking concept will also encourage customers to be creative and share suggestions for future creations. The most successful will be added to the Muffin Lab Hall of Fame.

Muffin Break stores serve favourite food options such as sandwiches, wraps, paninis, baguettes and a sweet selection. Stores also provide a wide range of cold drinks, as well as its bespoke coffee blend, which is made from 100 per cent Arabica beans.
