Halo Top Creamery, the American company that’s aiming to revolutionise the ice cream category, is launching a brand-new product range of snackable ice cream sticks. The sticks are sold in multi-packs of three (RRP £5.00), with each stick containing just 80-100 calories and 7-10 grams of sugar, and serving as a source of protein.
Following a successful launch in the US, the new product offering is now launching in the UK in select Tesco stores nationwide from mid-March. Halo Top sticks have been developed to be perfect for snacking and sharing and will be launching in four flavours including:
- Strawberry Cheesecake (NEW FLAVOUR) – For those who want to have their (cheese) cake and eat it too, this strawberry cheesecake-flavoured ice cream gets even better with a biscuit swirl;
- Sea Salt Caramel – Britain’s best-loved flavour, balances sweet and salty with luscious caramel swirls and a touch of sea salt;
- Peanut Butter Swirl – An irresistible treat for peanut butter fiends, blending peanut butter ice cream with a swirl of silky peanut butter for extra decadence;
- Birthday Cake – Get that birthday feeling in a bite, with this celebratory treat full of colourful sprinkles and the taste of homemade birthday cake.
Doug Bouton, President & COO at Halo Top Creamery, said: “We love ice cream in all forms and these sticks seemed like the next logical place to take our brand. At just 80-100 calories and only 7-10 grams of sugar each, they’re the perfect feel good treat and contain less calories and sugar than what’s currently out there. We can’t wait to hear what our UK fans think!”
