Erica Sheehan, founder of Homespun, commented: “This UK listing is a huge step for us, from first starting out on a small stall at Dublin’s Honest to Goodness farmers market, to now being sold nationwide. I have always been interested in wholefoods and plant-based nutrition and am passionate about taking well-known recipes and giving them a nutritious twist. Consumer interest and demand for wholefoods has really increased over the last few years and I’m thrilled to be part of that journey.”
