Muffin Break is serving up a treat for Easter with its own take on the traditional hot cross bun, the new cinnamon and sultana ‘Hot Cross’ muffin.
Freshly baked in store and packed full of currants, sultanas and various spices, the ‘Hot Cross’ muffin will be launched into store from March 21, all in good time for those looking for a suitably seasonal treat for the Easter Holiday period.
The ‘Hot Cross’ muffin is the second muffin from the Curious Creations range, a new concept for 2017 which will see an innovative and creative muffin flavour produced each month for sale in Muffin Break’s UK stores.
For the current promotion the ‘Hot Cross’ muffin will be available from 21 March to April 20, after which the next Curious Creation will become available.
Gemma Sandells, Muffin Break Marketing Manager, said: “The new Curious Creations range delivers on our promise to ‘expect the unexpected’ and we hope they take star billing with customers over the upcoming months.
“Following the launch of our first Curious Creation, the Black Forest Red Velvet Muffin, which has proved popular and enjoyed great sales, we now have the ‘Hot Cross’ Muffin to provide a whole new taste experience.
“The Curious Creations will continue to be rolled out month after month throughout the year and we hope our customers enjoy eating them as much as we enjoy making them.”
Muffin Break is a growing portfolio of artisan specialist cafes, which serve more than 200 muffin flavour combinations and favourite food options such as sandwiches, toasties, wraps, paninis, baguettes and a sweet selection.
All items are freshly baked in store and as well as fresh food a wide range of hot and cold drinks are available to customers, including a bespoke coffee blend which is made from 100% Arabica beans.
