Hyde-based packaging and container supplier, Involvement Packaging Limited, was awarded Customer Service of the Year at the 2017 E3 Business Awards, held at the Macron Stadium in Bolton on Thursday 13 July 2017.
The company, which provides rigid plastic and metal packaging containers to industry and retail, were shortlisted from hundreds of entries for the prestigious Customer Service Award, along with three other finalists.
The team at Involvement Packaging presented to the E3 Business Awards Judging Panel on Thursday 18 May 2017 at the MacDonald Kilhey Court Hotel in Wigan. The business impressed the judges with their innovative approach to achieving their company purpose of delivering their customer’s products to market with confidence.
They demonstrated to the Judging Panel how they constantly seek new ways of doing things, exceeding their customers’ expectations, and how they win customer loyalty.
Involvement Packaging were delighted to receive the award, from Phil Burrows, representing the award sponsor, Intelligent Technology Management (ITM).
